Why?
Come on now, honestly, don't you think an ordinance that, 1) will allow smoking
at the Truman Sports Complex and all the casino's (you know the fat cats, like
Ameristar, Harrah's, Argosy, Isle of Capri... all paying off the Missouri Gaming
Commission to avoid this legislation ;) yet, it 2) will ban smoking
in all KCMO small businesses regardless of the establishment and who's livelihood it would
most adversely affect, is wrong?
